You can follow the below instruction to reset your CATCHPLAY+ account’s password:


Browser

1. Select LOG IN then choose MOBILE NUMBER

2. Select Forgot password

3. Insert the registered mobile number

4. Select SEND VERIFICATION CODE

5. Enter the verification code sent via SMS and click NEXT

6. Insert a new password (8-30 characters)

7. Click RESET PASSWORD and you can start watching again!


APP

1. Tap the menu button on the top left corner and tap LOG IN

2. Select Forgot password

3. Insert the registered mobile number

4. Select SEND VERIFICATION CODE

5. Enter the verification code sent via SMS and click NEXT

6. Insert new password (8-30 characters)

7. Click RESET and you can start watching again!
