With CATCHPLAY+, you can use the Device Management feature to view and remotely log out from devices where your account is signed in. Follow the steps below:


Mobile or Tablet APP


  1. Open the CATCHPLAY+ APP

  2. Tap the [ ≡ ] icon in the top-left corner

  3. Go to Settings

  4. Select Device Management

  5. Choose one of the following options:

    • Log Out Of All Devices: Log out from all devices at once.

    • Or select a specific device and tap Log Out


TV APP


  1. Open the CATCHPLAY+ TV APP

  2. Swipe left (on Apple TV) or go to My Account

  3. Navigate to Device Management

  4. Choose one of the following options:

    • Log Out Of All Devices: Log out from all devices at once.

    • Or select a specific device and tap Log Out


Website on Mobile or Computer Browser 


  1. Visit the CATCHPLAY+ Website 

  2. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner

  3. Select Device Management

  4. Choose one of the following options:

    • Log Out Of All Devices: Log out from all devices at once.

    • Or select a specific device and tap Log Out


Things to Keep in Mind
⨀ Feature Limitation: This feature only supports logging out from devices using the app.It does not currently support logging out of accounts accessed via a browser.
