Error message: Please check your internet connection or restart your wifi router. If the issue persists, contact customer support.


Troubleshooting:

  • Check your connection speed and make sure your network connection is above 10 Mbps
  • Update the APP version to the latest version
  • Re-login to the APP
  • Restart your network and wifi share device or modem
  • Try a different network
