Please note!
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored, and you will lose the following benefits:
● Any active subscription plans
● Purchased rental movies
● Member reward movie rental coupons

Submit a Deletion Request
- Click the CONTACT US button below to fill out the request form.
Make sure to provide the following details about your account:- Account type: Phone number, Facebook, Google or Apple ID email
- Nickname
- Click the CONTACT US button below to fill out the request form.
Wait for Customer Service to Respond
- Our support team will contact you after receiving your request to verify the information. Please check your email (including your spam folder).
- Once all required information is confirmed, we will complete the deletion process within 3 business days.
Special Notes
- Partner-activated Accounts: If your account was activated through a CATCHPLAY+ partner (e.g., telecom or internet service providers), the deletion process may take longer or, in some cases, may not be possible. Please contact our customer service for further assistance.
Additional Information for Third-Party Linked Accounts
If you registered your CATCHPLAY+ account using Facebook, Apple ID, or Google, deleting your CATCHPLAY+ account will stop us from accessing your information through these platforms. We recommend also disconnecting CATCHPLAY+ from these platforms:
- Sign-up using Facebook Account
- Sign-up using Apple ID
- Sign-up using Google Account
Important Reminders:
1. Disconnecting third-party accounts does not mean your CATCHPLAY+ account is deleted.
2. Deleting the CATCHPLAY+ app does not delete your account.
