If you see an error code while watching CATCHPLAY+ on your IndiHome set-top box (STB), please try to clear your App data by following the steps below:
1. Ensure that the WiFi on your set-top box is still active
2. Choose Apps → All Apps → ZTE Faster from your TV screen
3. On the Mebox Boost Kit, choose Clean Gabag, then Clean Up
4. Then click Back, move to the right side then choose Clean Data
