If you see an error code while watching CATCHPLAY+ on your IndiHome set-top box (STB), please try to clear your App data by following the steps below:
- Ensure that the WiFi on your set-top box is still active
- Choose Apps → All Apps → ZTE Faster from your TV screen
- On the Mebox Boost Kit, choose Clean Gabag, then Clean Up
- Then click Back, move to the right side, then choose Clean Data
