For redeem code, please follow the following steps:


Browser (Computer/laptop browser)

1. From the top bar click PROMOTIONS

2. Then choose Redeem Code and you will be directed to the My Account page

3. Input your code in the Promotion Code box

4. Click APPLY


Mobile phone browser

1. Click the menu icon【≡】on the top left corner

2. Click PROMOTIONS

3. Then choose Redeem Code and you will be directed to the My Account page

4. Input your code in the Promotion Code box

5. Click APPLY


Android App

1. Log in to your CATCHPLAY+ account and click the menu button【≡】

2. Click PROMOTIONS

3. Then choose Redeem Code 

4. Input your code in the Promotion Code box

5. Click APPLY

  • iOS users, please use the Mobile Phone Browser to redeem the promotion code.
